There are no rules about what to bring to counselling or psychotherapy, however, some common issues people might bring to counselling are:

At present, I offer counselling and psychotherapy to adults and young people aged 18 years and over.

Very often people attend counselling during times of transition, change, or crisis, during which counselling can be very helpful in providing a supportive space that allows you to be how you are, and reflect on your experience.

Other times, people come to counselling because they feel that they could be getting more from life and would like to explore what that might be. There may be confusion, a sense of being stuck in a rut, or a vague sense of dissatisfaction with life. You do not have to be in crisis to benefit from counselling and psychotherapy, we will explore whatever is important to you.
