Locating the office:

I'm just a few doors down from the Abbey Street Lower LUAS stop, on the right hand side as you walk towards the Abbey Theatre.

Go up the same steps as you would to Budget Travel (we're based above them), and you'll see a door that says 'Global House' on it. That's the practice.

Please press the buzzer at the door when you arrive and say that you have an appointment with me. There is a waiting area upstairs on your right where you can help yourself to water while you wait and take a few moments to settle before your session.
